Marilyn Lee Stark has been a sales, marketing and organizational development professional for over thirty years. She has been a Realtor since 1973, and has been affiliated with Realty Executives in Carlsbad for the past five years. Prior to this, Marilyn was affiliated with The Four Seasons Resort in Aviara. She was a Sales Executive selling The Four Seasons first Vacation Residence Club. She was a community leader in the Palos Verdes area of Los Angeles for many years before her relocation to the Santa Barbara and La Costa areas twenty years ago. Marilyn is a Founder of the Music Center, the Palos Verdes Community Arts Association, the Norris Community Theater in Palos Verded and Clipped Wings of United Air Lines. She served an eight year stint on the Executive Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra as well as the Chancellor's Council of the University of California at Santa Barbara. Professionally, she conducts seminars on Life Enrichment and has been well received on cruise ships, most notably on Cunard and Norwegian Cruise Lines. She has also been involved in and out of retail sales over the years with her last endeavor being in Aspen Colorado. She is currently a Doncaster Wardrobe consultant and her Trunk Shows for the extraordinary fashionistas are ongoing. Marilyn truly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit by combining all of the above activities with a very vigorous family life. She is a tennis player and golfer as well as a lover of the opera, ballet and theater. Marilyn was the Founder and First Chair of the Circle of Life 100, a women's organization benefiting Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, and has been a member of the Scripps Community Advisory Board since 2005.
