The most wonderful and rewarding part of my job is the relationships that I have with my clients. I have had the pleasure of meeting some incredibly amazing individuals who have become a great part of my life. It's really not about me, but rather about your needs and wants. It is about finding you that perfect starter home, investment property, vacation home, or plot of land to build your dream home. It is about selling your home in the least amount of time for the most money possible so that you can move to your dream home, out of the country, downsize, whatever your motivation may be.
It has been said that buying and selling property is one of the most stressful events anyone can endure during their life. My job is to reduce the amount of stress, limit the number of obstacles we encounter, and ultimately make the result of the transaction a joyful event.

Ashley's Mission:
Whether you are educated or experienced in the home buying and selling process or are a first time home buyer or seller, I will evaluate and consult with you to ensure I fully understand - and meet - your expectations. I will walk you through the sales, negotiations, contracts, and disclosures processes to make sure you are informed, and more importantly protected. I will not compromise my professional and ethical responsibilities throughout the entire process.
Who is Ashley Bedard?
Born and raised in San Diego, Ashley Bedard is extremely familiar with the area. She has been active in the real estate industry since 2003. Ashley's experience in the real estate industry has provided her with a knowledge base from all angles of a real estate transaction including credit repair, lending, and notarial loan documents.
Ashley earned her bachelor's degree from Cal State University San Marcos, after specializing in Business Administration at San Diego State University.
Education is an ongoing passion of her, as she continues to gain knowledge through the Mike Ferry Organization, various real estate and inspirational seminars, and is currently working on obtaining her Broker's License.
She is well known within the Vista and Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, is on the Board of Directors at the Vista Chamber and an active member on the membership committee. Ashley contributes to local non-profit organizations such as the Alpha Project and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

She is available anytime, night or weekends, on her cell, always responds in a timely manner, and is attentive to her client's needs, She is incredibly patient with her clients, is know for going above and beyond the minimum requirements and often becomes friends with her clients.
